PSP version has new coding, it's a remake of the Saturn version. Also if someone can translate it then I'd be so happy! Atlus US rep lied. French folks are trying to translate PSP one on their own. I've gone ahead and put the partial translation patch for Princess Maker 1 up for download. Also if you want it for the possible "Yuri" endings, those are not in the PC version, only on PSP.
